On the ground floor of Casa Trachsler, we serve specialty coffee along with freshly baked gluten-free goods and a small but mighty brunch menu. ANNNA Bakery
All breads and sweets served at our café come from our ovens. ANNNA was born from the need to create a 100% handmade gluten-free bread using the best raw material free of additives and preservatives. Our mission is to provide a bread that doesn't make those unable to consume gluten feel like they're missing out on anything. We use organic grains and seeds in our bread-making process, which is entirely done by hand and follows traditional fermentation techniques.
